Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and password for dealership staff accounts.

Trip data: Customer names, phone numbers, pickup and drop-off addresses, and trip history associated with shuttle bookings.

Location data: Driver GPS coordinates during active trips for real-time tracking purposes.

Usage data: Log data, browser type, IP address, and pages visited to improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the shuttle dispatch service
  • To send SMS notifications to customers about their shuttle status
  • To display real-time driver locations to dispatchers
  • To generate analytics and performance reports for dealerships
  • To communicate service updates and respond to support requests

4. SMS Communications

OTL.SHUTTLE sends automated SMS messages to customers on behalf of dealerships. These messages are sent to phone numbers provided by the dealership or by customers through our intake form. Message frequency varies by trip activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. Customers can opt out by replying STOP to any message.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
  • Telnyx — SMS delivery service
  • Mapbox — mapping and address geocoding
  • Resend — transactional email delivery

6. Data Retention

Trip records are retained for the duration of your dealership's subscription. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account termination upon request. SMS logs are retained for 90 days for compliance and support purposes.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
